Randeep has been working in the development sector since 1995 and has worked with a variety of education programs. Her initial engagement was with government programs such as the District Primary Education Program and the Sarva Shiksa Abhiyan. She has since then worked with various organizations such as UNICEF West Bengal office as its primary consultant for the Joyful learning program in Assam. Additionally, she has worked with the UNICEF India Country Office on an HIV preventive education program for adolescents. She was till recently the Director for Girls education In Room to Read India Trust. Randeep has also worked with Plan International India as their Education Adviser for a number of years and was later heading a team of specialists as the Senior Program Manager. Randeep has also worked independently with a range of organizations such as Save the Children, Oxfam India, Child Rights and You (CRY) and has developed manuals and learning modules on a variety of themes such as positive discipline, inclusive education, and motivation for leadership in schools. Randeep’s area of expertise includes strategic planning, NGO governance and compliances and research for girl’s education and life skills education. A committed development practitioner Randeep has a strong commitment to children especially girls and their education. She is currently working as the Director and Principal advisor for a start up called Delta Right advisors (www.deltaright.com). This Start up focuses on providing top class services to underserved NGO’s, advisory for corporates undertaking social responsibility. It also undertakes to provide online trainings and face to face on request from companies as well as undertake trainings on mandated acts by the Act like on Prevention of Anti-sexual harassment at the workplace or the POCSO act for schools. Randeep holds an M.Phil in Politics from the Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi.
