Prasant is currently Chief Financial Officer at CZR Exchange, a global cryptocurrency exchange.

He is the co-founder of Tribal Credit, a fintech company he helped scale across a number of emerging market countries before its acquisition in 2024. Tribal Credit was born out of Prasant's research with his team at New York University (NYU) on predicting startup success using data, a methodology later adapted to model credit decisions for SMEs in emerging markets.

Prasant is also a Managing Partner at Quadratic Ventures, an early-stage investment firm, and previously worked at KPMG as a management consultant.

He holds an MBA from the London Business School and a Master of Science (MS) in Business Analytics and AI from NYU Stern School of Business.

Prasant serves on the Finance and HR Committee of the Royal Society of Literature.
