Farahnaz is an impact entrepreneur, political scientist, and humanist.

She is the founder and chief executive officer of Insaan Group, the architect of Impact Footprint, and the founder of Decoding Geopolitics.

Farahnaz worked with the OSCE, the United Nations, the World Bank and non-profits. She spent a few years in Afghanistan, and the region, a decade in the Gulf, and worked in sub-Saharan Africa and India.

She has concurrently pursued an academic path in political science as a teaching fellow at Harvard University for the late Professor Stanley Hoffmann, a faculty member at Zayed University in Dubai, and as an adjunct lecturer at HEIP in Paris.

Farahnaz holds a DPhil from the University of Exeter, a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University, a Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures from the Geneva Graduate Institute, and a Double Major Bachelor of Arts from McGill University.

Farahnaz serves on the board of directors of Insaan Group, and as an observer and/or advisor on all social enterprises backed by Insaan.
