An international development practitioner with 20 years’ experience, Annabel is committed to equality and inclusion, and passionate about innovative solutions to tackle global challenges.
She has a keen interest for impact, and has developed advanced skills in impact measurement and management (IMM) through her work and academic studies. Her experience includes developing monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks and plans, data collection and analysis, independent evaluations, as well as capacity-building through training and coaching.
Annabel has held senior management roles with high profiles non-profits, including Director of the Enterprise Development Programme and Interim Head of Strategy at the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women. More recently, she served as Technical Lead in Economic Inclusion at Leonard Cheshire.
Her work has covered multiple countries across Africa, Asia and the Middle East, including: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Lebanon, Mali, Morocco, Nigeria, Palestine, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, United Arab Emirates, and Uganda.
Annabel holds a Masters in Social Research Methods from the London School of Economics and Political Science (UK), as well as a Masters in International Studies from the University of South Carolina (USA). She is fluent in English and French, and speaks conversational Moroccan Arabic.
