Leonard Stall is a businessman who is also active in the philanthropic sector as an advocate of informed and intelligent giving.

He is the Chairman of international media group Touchline (touchline.com), the lead content and creative agency behind Dubai’s successful bid to host the World Expo in 2020, and a significant player in content creation and communications in Europe and the Middle East.

He was behind the launch of Philanthropy Age (philanthropyage.com) and is currently Editor-in-Chief of the title, and its digital edition and website, that seeks to inspire and inform intelligent giving among philanthropists and would-be philanthropists.

He is also the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of the How to do good book (published by London Wall 2016) and the related How to do good international speaker tour initiative (howtodogoodtour.com), which seeks to turn empathy into action, and to encourage peace, compassion, tolerance and kindness in our fractured world, building bridges between nations, races, and religions. He believes everyone can play a role in ‘doing good’, whatever their circumstances, persuasion or viewpoint, and is an active author and speaker on this subject.

Leonard Stall is also the Editor-in-Chief of Vision magazine – fresh perspectives from Dubai (vision.ae) published on behalf of Falcon and Associates in the UAE.

As well as serving as a Board Member of Insaan Group, he is the Chairman of Trustees of UK publishing organisation, ACE (acecirculation.com/). He is also an Advisory Board Member for the UAE’s Rosalynn Carter Fellowships for Mental Health Journalism.

Leonard is the former Founder/Owner of communications business Medialab in the UK and Board Director of the Johnsons Group. He is also a former Chairman of the Sussex branch of the Institute of Directors in the UK (iod.com), who also sat on the SE Regional Committee. Today, he is a Fellow of the IoD.
